Visix offers a variety of technical support services. These services include, but are not limited to telephone support, remote diagnostics and access, hardware repair, web site support and onsite service.
Many of these services are included in our standard limited warranty. Some, however, require payment in advance or a Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMA). Click for more SMA benefits.
Visix Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMA) offers the most economical way to receive the latest versions of Visix software technology. SMA subscribers receive regular upgrades on CD-ROM at no charge, priority technical support, discounted training and consulting services, and a host of other benefits.
Technical support personnel are available 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST/EDT, Monday through Friday, except certain published holidays. Please see our Tech Support section for a directory of support contacts.
