Welcome to the Visix Support Center!
Visix offers a variety of technical support services. These services include, but are not limited to telephone support, remote diagnostics and access, hardware repair, web site support and onsite service.

Visix’ Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) provides priority support, free software updates and a host of other benefits. Click for more SMA benefits.

Sometimes, a standard support agreement is not enough. Visix can customize a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to fit your organization’s needs. Click for more SLA benefits.

All other support requests will be available by appointment only and charged on a per incident basis. Billable support hours will be available for purchase online or by phone.

Technical support personnel are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST/EDT, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT, except published holidays. Please see our Tech Support section for a directory of support contacts.
